Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect or not as described

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@daikanorganic.com, including your order number and photos (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we verify your issue, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

  • Or offer a replacement at no extra cost

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Opened or consumed items

  • Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
